CANCELLATION POLICY

CANCELLATIONS For appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 48 hours of the appointment time, you will be charged a 30% cancellation fee of the service total. LATE CLIENTS I understand that life is unpredictable, so I allow 10 minutes for a late arrival in case you are delayed. After 10 minutes your appointment will be cancelled and you will have to book a new appointment. A 30% cancellation fee will be charged. NO SHOWS No show appointments will be charged a 50% cancellation fee of the service total. (No show clients are considered when no communication of cancellation is made until the appointment time, after the appointment time, or not at all). WARNING Clients that have cancelled appointments multiple times under late arrivals, no shows, or close to appointment times will eventually be banned from the booking list and I will refuse to provide any services. I value and respect your time, I only ask that you do the same with mine, I reserve the right to refuse service.
